On 30 May 2017, the NSW Government announced it was deferring the intended Emergency Services Levy reform. At this stage the Insurance Monitor has no further information regarding timing and implementation of the changes referred to in the Government’s announcement.
Until further notice, all instruments issued under the Act remain in force and effect.
